Samsung Confirms Galaxy Unpacked 2026 Date and Location
Samsung has officially announced that the next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place in London on July 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM BST. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube, where the company is expected to unveil its latest foldable smartphones: the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip8.
New Foldable Models and Design Updates
The Galaxy Z Fold8 series will include a standard model and an Ultra variant, while the Flip8 retains the clamshell design introduced in 2025. According to reports, the Z Fold8 Ultra may feature a 5,000mAh battery and a triple-camera setup. The Flip8 is expected to continue with its compact form factor.
Hardware and Chipset Details
Industry sources suggest that the Fold8 models could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, while the Flip8 might use a 2nm Exynos chipset. All devices are expected to run Android 17-based One UI 9.

Samsung India has announced pre-registration benefits worth Rs 2,799 for early adopters. Additionally, e-commerce platforms are offering vouchers up to Rs 50,000 on pre-orders. The event date is set for July 22, 2026.
