The expansion commenced with centres opening in Ludhiana and Indore on January 29, followed by Visakhapatnam, Surat, and Lucknow on January 30.   • Defence personnel and persons with disabilities will benefit from lifetime waivers on service charges
  • Limited-period offers will include discounts of up to 50 percent on select spare parts
  • Complimentary screen protectors for specific devices, subject to availability

Performance Metrics from Existing Centres

The company shared impressive performance data from the first 10 Premium Service Centres launched in 2025:

  • Approximately 95 percent of devices were repaired and returned within 24 hours
  • Repeat visits remained below 1 percent
  • Customer escalations were under 0.5 percent
  • More than 5,000 customers utilized services through the Wednesday Service Days initiative

Xiaomi's Premium Service Centres guarantee priority repairs within 24 hours, supported by comprehensive diagnostics, rigorous quality checks, and assured spare part availability. For repairs exceeding two hours, the centres provide standby handsets to ensure minimal disruption for customers. All technical staff are Xiaomi-certified technicians who undergo regular training programs to maintain service quality standards.
