According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Srinagar dropped to 30 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, down from 34 degrees Celsius recorded earlier this week. The minimum temperature settled at 18 degrees Celsius. Similar conditions were reported in other parts of the valley, including Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg.
