The forecast suggests a slight rise in temperatures initially, followed by a gradual dip later in the week. However, heat stress is expected to remain significant, particularly during afternoon hours. Warm night conditions may also add to discomfort levels in urban areas like Nagpur. Residents have been advised to avoid direct sun exposure during peak hours, stay hydrated, and limit outdoor activities. Special caution has been recommended for children, senior citizens, and those with existing health issues.
