Their method involved opening multiple savings accounts using forged Aadhaar cards, fake salary slips, and fraudulent address proofs. To create an illusion of legitimate financial activity, the accused would credit fake salaries into these accounts, establishing a false pattern of regular income.

Once these accounts appeared credible, the fraudsters would then apply for and obtain digital personal loans and credit cards through Axis Bank's systems. After securing these financial products, they would deliberately divert the funds and default on repayments, completing the fraudulent cycle.
