He noted that employees at the India-based GCC have demonstrated significantly less resistance compared to counterparts in many mature markets. Schaffer attributes this cultural advantage to India's broader association of change with progress, a mindset shaped by the nation's rapid digital adoption journey, including transformative platforms like the Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
