The Punjab National Bank (PNB) has issued a final reminder to aspiring candidates as the online application window for its Local Bank Officer (LBO) recruitment drive for 2025 is set to close today. Selected candidates will be appointed as Local Bank Officers with an attractive compensation package. The starting basic pay will be Rs. 48,480 per month, with the pay scale reaching up to Rs. 85,920 through periodic increments.

The application fee structure is differentiated: candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs. 59, while General, EWS, and OBC category applicants must pay Rs. 1,000. The fee is payable online through the official portal.

The selection of candidates will be a multi-stage process involving a written examination, screening, verification of proficiency in the local language, a personal interview, and a final merit list.
