Bidar: Two rowdy-sheeters from the district were externed on Monday for allegedly disturbing public peace and engaging in the sale of narcotic substances to youths and college students, police said.
Details of the Accused
The accused, Vikas Eshwar Kasabe, 45, and his brother Sudesh Eshwar Kasabe, 34, are residents of Deen Dayal Nagar in Mangarwadi under the Market Police Station limits in Bidar city.
Externment Orders
According to Bidar SP Pradeep Gunti, Vikas has been externed to Raichur district, while Sudesh has been sent to Koppal district. Police said the brothers allegedly sold narcotic and intoxicating substances in public places, affecting the future of young people and disrupting public order.
Legal Actions
Several cases have been registered against them under the NDPS Act at different police stations. The externment orders were issued to maintain peace and law and order in the district.
Appeal to Public
The SP appealed to youths and the public to remain vigilant against such activities and refrain from consuming narcotic substances that could jeopardise their future.
