During the interview, Rebecca AI uses conversational AI to adjust follow-up questions in real-time based on the candidate's answers. After the interview, the system generates a comprehensive report including a match score, full audio recording, and a PDF summary. For technical positions, Rebecca AI can also conduct live coding assessments.
The platform integrates with over 42 applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Oracle Taleo, Lever, Ashby, and Rippling.
