The survey also sheds light on social security aspects, with 68% of workers welcoming initiatives like e-Shram and welfare boards, which are expected to facilitate easier access to benefits. Moreover, 63% of workers see greater portability for contract, migrant, and gig workers, allowing them to transfer benefits across jobs and locations more seamlessly.
