Critical Workers Shifted After Tonk Kalan Factory Blast

In the aftermath of a devastating factory blast in Tonk Kalan, hospitals across Indore and Dewas were placed on high alert as critically injured workers were transferred for specialized medical care. The explosion, which occurred at an industrial facility, left several workers with severe injuries, prompting an immediate response from local health authorities.

Relatives Anxious and Hospital Preparations

Outside the hospitals, anxious relatives gathered, waiting for news of missing laborers. Many expressed distress over the lack of communication about their loved ones. To manage the influx of patients, the Dewas district hospital converted a section of its geriatric ward into a temporary treatment area. This makeshift facility was equipped with 11 beds, coolers, water, and food packets to accommodate the injured and their families. Hospital staff worked tirelessly to ensure that all patients received timely medical attention.

The factory blast has raised concerns about industrial safety in the region. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the explosion and prevent such incidents in the future. Meanwhile, the focus remains on providing the best possible medical care to the injured workers.
