Prayogtvisha, an education company founded by Menterra Social Impact Fund, launched its pilot STEM education programme at SSV International School in Guntur on July 7, 2026. The programme is designed for students in Grades 6 to 9, focusing on a structured, concept-by-concept approach to teaching Science and Mathematics.
Programme Structure and Pedagogy
The Prayogtvisha method uses curated learning materials that help students relate each concept to real-life applications. After each chapter, students undergo assessments to measure comprehension. If a student shows poor understanding, remediation is provided before moving on. This approach aims to reduce learning stress by separating assessment from regular tests and building a strong conceptual foundation.
Teachers participating in the programme receive training in this unique pedagogy. They are supported with structured lesson plans, instructional tools, and ongoing capability development throughout the school year, rather than a one-time training session.
Life Skills Integration
In parallel, Prayogtvisha offers the EFIL life skills programme, developed by Dr Kalpana and Sampath Kumar. This customised programme helps students improve life skills and develop confidence to make good career and ethical choices as they progress to secondary school.
Launch Event and Key Attendees
The launch was attended by Guest of Honour Ms G Swarupa Rani, Superintendent of Police EAGLE; Shri Cherukuri Balakrishna Kishore, Founder of SSV International School; and Principal Ms Prasanna Rani Dolla, along with teams from Prayogtvisha and EQube.
