The company reported a substantial 30.7% year-on-year revenue growth, with earnings climbing to Rs 79.3 crore compared to Rs 60.7 crore during the same period last year.

The Bengaluru-based company demonstrated remarkable profitability improvements, with net profit surging 44.5% to reach Rs 7.3 crore. This significant jump reflects the company's focus on operational efficiencies and strategic cost management practices.

Expanding Operations and Brand Portfolio

Pro FX Tech's operating profit, measured as EBITDA, reached Rs 9.8 crore, marking a 24% increase from the previous year. The company also saw profit before tax grow by 30% to Rs 9.5 crore. Notably, the PAT margin expanded by 90 basis points to 9.2%, indicating stronger overall profitability despite a slight contraction in EBITDA margins.

During the first half, the company strengthened its national presence by expanding its dealer network and adding The Chord Company from the UK to its portfolio of premium international brands. The company also initiated plans to establish three new experience centers in key metropolitan markets: Cochin, Chennai, and Mumbai, specifically targeting the high-end luxury customer segment.

Strategic Growth and Future Outlook

He highlighted that demand remains robust across both residential and corporate segments, with particular strength in premium audio solutions, home automation systems, and integrated audio-visual packages.

Looking forward to the second half of FY26, Pro FX Tech maintains confidence in sustaining its growth momentum. The company's strategy focuses on sustainable expansion through product portfolio enhancement, broader retail network development, and the launch of new premium experience centers.
