Burn specialist Dr. Sunil Kalda confirmed that Kismat Ali, a worker hailing from Singrauli in Madhya Pradesh, passed away at a private hospital in Raipur. Ali had been on ventilator support following the explosion and died on Friday evening, becoming the 21st victim of this industrial disaster.

The explosion left a total of 36 workers with severe burn injuries, with several still undergoing intensive treatment at various medical facilities across the region. According to medical reports, four critically injured workers were referred to Raipur with over 90% burns sustained in the blast.
