The company attributed the profit growth to higher sales volumes, better product mix, and cost optimization measures. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin improved by 120 basis points to 18.5%.

Operational Efficiency

Management highlighted that the company has successfully reduced its debt by 10% during the quarter, strengthening its balance sheet. The denim maker also reported a 20% increase in export revenue, driven by strong demand from international markets, particularly the United States and Europe.

For the full financial year, the company's net profit rose by 18% to INR 160 crore, while revenue grew by 12% to INR 1,700 crore. The board has recommended a dividend of INR 3 per share for the fiscal year.

Following the announcement, the company's stock gained over 3% in early trade on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Analysts remain bullish on the stock, citing the company's strong fundamentals and growth prospects. Several brokerage firms have revised their target prices upward.
