DSSSB Announces Provisional Nominations for Store Keeper and Supervisor Posts

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially released the provisional nomination results for the recruitment of Store Keeper and Store Supervisor positions under advertisement number 06/24. According to the board's official notice, two candidates have been provisionally nominated for appointment against the available vacancies in the unreserved category.

Examination Details and Recruitment Timeline

The recruitment process began with the notification released on March 5, 2024, with the application window closing on April 19, 2024. The examination for Post Code 818/24 was conducted on July 8, 2025, in computer-based mode under the One Tier (General) scheme. A total of 122 candidates appeared for this competitive examination.

Following the examination, candidate marks were uploaded to the DSSSB website on January 14, 2026, through a separate notice. Based on these results, the board shortlisted 10 candidates for the subsequent stage of the recruitment process.

Document Submission and Candidate Selection

Shortlisted candidates were required to submit their documents through the e-dossier module and indicate their post preferences using the Online Application Registration System (OARS). The document submission window remained active from January 16 to January 30, 2026, allowing candidates ample time to complete this crucial step.

After thorough review of the e-dossier submissions and post preferences, DSSSB has recommended two candidates for provisional appointment:

  • Store Supervisor (UR – 1 post): Roll Number 248181201000360
  • Store Keeper (UR – 1 post): Roll Number 248181201000234

The selection has been made strictly based on merit and the post preferences submitted by candidates during the application process.

Provisional Nature of Nominations and Verification Process

The board has emphasized that these nominations are purely provisional at this stage. The eligibility of selected candidates has not been verified by DSSSB, and the concerned department will conduct comprehensive document verification before issuing formal appointment letters.

During the verification process, the department will examine educational qualifications, identity documents, category certificates, and all other eligibility conditions specified in the original recruitment notification. The notice clearly states that candidate eligibility will be determined with reference to the cut-off date of April 19, 2024, which marked the final day for application submissions.

Only candidates who successfully meet all specified conditions during this verification phase will receive final appointment orders. The board has advised all provisionally nominated candidates to ensure their documents are in order and meet the requirements as per the original advertisement.

Candidates who appeared for the examination can access the complete nomination details through the result notice available on the official DSSSB website. The board maintains transparency throughout the recruitment process, with all relevant notices and updates accessible to applicants through their official online portal.
