Century Real Estate Unveils Century Immencity in North Bengaluru

Century Real Estate, a leading real estate developer in Bengaluru, has launched Century Immencity, a 50+ acre mixed-use development in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. The project aims to become a landmark lifestyle address on the International Airport Road corridor, integrating commercial spaces, premium residences, high-street retail, hospitality, food, culture, open spaces, and curated lifestyle experiences within a single urban ecosystem.

The development is being built in collaboration with DP Architects, Singapore and BDP Landscape, London, bringing global design thinking to North Bengaluru. Inspired by international urban districts such as Hudson Yards and Canary Wharf, Century Immencity will comprise close to 10 million sq. ft. of commercial leasing space, alongside expansive residential and high-street retail development, complemented by a proposed 5-star hospitality development.

Phased Development and Infrastructure

The project will be introduced in phases, with Phase 1 already under construction, encompassing approximately 1 million sq. ft. each of residential and commercial development. A planned metro station within the development will further strengthen access for professionals, residents, and visitors. At maturity, Century Immencity is expected to support over 1 lakh professionals, creating a strong economic and social anchor for one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing corridors.

North Bengaluru is transforming from a connectivity-led corridor into a major business, residential, and lifestyle growth centre. This transformation is supported by airport-led development, road infrastructure improvements, and planned metro connectivity. Its location in Jakkur on North Bengaluru's Airport Road corridor strengthens its appeal as a premium business and lifestyle address. With Kempegowda International Airport within convenient driving distance, Immencity is well-positioned for global enterprises, senior leadership teams, business travellers, and expatriate professionals.
