The twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad are set to host a landmark event for the property sector in North Karnataka. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), Hubli-Dharwad chapter, has announced the grand 'Recon Expo 2026'. Scheduled for January 9, 10, and 11, 2026, this will be the region's largest exhibition dedicated to real estate, interior design, and construction materials.

Speaking about the upcoming mega event, CREDAI Hubli-Dharwad President Gururaj Annigeri expressed immense pride. He stated that the Recon Expo is a direct reflection of the impressive growth trajectory of Hubballi-Dharwad. The exhibition aims to spotlight the latest advancements across the real estate ecosystem, positioning the twin cities as a major investment destination for the future. This initiative is seen as a significant step in attracting both domestic and international interest to the region's property market.

For its inaugural edition, the expo is being organized in collaboration with Yash Events. The scale is monumental, with plans for over 150 exhibition stalls spread across a vast area of 1 lakh square feet on Airport Road, near the Deshpande startup hub in Hubballi. Convenor Ismail Samsi revealed that participation will be wide-ranging.
Property consultants and builders from all districts of North Karnataka, including major cities like Bangalore, Mysore, and Davangere, will be present. In a first for a regional exhibition, the event will also feature participants from Dubai, marking its international appeal.
