The Lucknow Development Authority has announced the dates for its much-anticipated plot allotment lottery. The draw for the Anant Nagar housing scheme will take place on January 30 and 31. Officials will conduct the event at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow.
Strong Public Response for Third Phase
Public interest in this housing scheme remains high. The third phase of the Anant Nagar scheme attracted a total of 7,429 applicants. These hopeful individuals and families are competing for the allocation of 637 residential plots.
Plot Distribution and Sizes
LDA Vice-Chairperson Prathamesh Kumar provided a detailed breakdown of the available plots. The authority is offering land in five distinct size categories for this phase.
The largest plots measure 450 square metres. There are 41 of these spacious lots available. The next category features 224 plots, each with an area of 288 square metres.
Applicants can also choose from 225 plots sized at 200 square metres. For those seeking slightly smaller options, the scheme includes 90 plots of 162 square metres. Finally, there are 57 plots available with an area of 112.5 square metres.
Location Details
The Lucknow Development Authority invited applications for plots in two specific areas. A majority of the plots, 617 in total, are located in the Akash Khand sector. The remaining 20 plots are situated in the Adarsh Khand sector of the Anant Nagar scheme.
