The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will commence the second phase of online registration for residential plots under its Anantnagar scheme from April 28. The registration window will remain open until May 27. A total of 498 plots will be available, and allotment will be conducted through a lottery system.
Registration Process and Fee
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar has issued directions for the rollout of the allotment process. Applicants must deposit a registration fee equivalent to 5% of the estimated plot value.
Previous Allotments and Project Overview
LDA officials confirmed that over 1,283 scheme plots have already been allotted in earlier phases. The Anantnagar scheme, spread over 785 acres on Mohan Road, is being developed with a grid-based layout, wide roads, and underground power lines to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.
The project aims to cater to approximately 1.5 lakh residents and will include an Edutech City, along with 130 acres of parks and green spaces.
