According to a report by Moneycontrol, the transaction was officially registered on May 18, 2026, at the Office of the Sub-Registrar in Alibag. The couple purchased not only the beachfront property but also two adjoining agricultural land parcels in Village Kamath, Taluka Alibag, District Raigad. The combined area of the property spans approximately 5,289 square meters. The land is situated close to the renowned Kihim beach area, and the deal includes a residential structure already present on the property.
Financial Aspects of the Deal
The total value of the transaction is reported to be around Rs 24 crore. In addition to the purchase price, Yash and Radhika paid over Rs 1.44 crore as stamp duty, along with registration charges and document handling fees required for the transaction. This substantial investment underscores the couple's confidence in the real estate market of Alibag.
