Sources familiar with the situation indicate that this initiative stems from urgent ramp-ups in various projects, compelling the company to accelerate the onboarding of skilled talent.

The WILP is designed specifically for fresh BCA and BSc graduates, providing them with a unique opportunity to launch their careers while simultaneously pursuing a fully sponsored MTech degree. An email reviewed by TOI, sent to a WILP candidate, explicitly stated: “You previously accepted an LOI (letter of intent) for the WILP programme. Based on your profile and our recent interaction, you are now being considered for a non-WILP role, which comes with a different compensation structure and employment agreement.”

To qualify for the WILP, candidates must have successfully passed both Class 10 and Class 12, with qualifications obtained through open schooling or distance education also being acceptable. For graduation, applicants are required to achieve a minimum of 60% marks or a 6 CGPA, in strict adherence to university guidelines.
Under the WILP framework, participants receive a monthly stipend that begins at Rs 15,000 in the first year, complemented by a joining bonus of Rs 75,000. This stipend progressively increases to Rs 23,000 per month by the fourth year.
