The 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 has officially thrown open its doors to the general public at the iconic Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan. The initial five-day business-only period has concluded, marking the start of the general access phase where visitors can experience the vibrant celebration of India's diversity.

The grand fair, orchestrated by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), was inaugurated on November 14 by the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Jitin Prasada. Embracing the theme 'Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat', the event is a dynamic platform showcasing the country's rich cultural tapestry and will run until November 27.
The fair remains open to visitors from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm on all days. However, it is crucial to note that entry to the premises will be closed after 5:30 pm daily.
Delhi Trade Fair 2025 Ticket Information
With the business days over, entry is now exclusively through general passes. The ticket pricing structure is as follows:
- General Weekday Tickets: Priced at ₹80.
- General Weekend Tickets: Priced at ₹150.
- Children (Weekdays): Ticket cost is ₹40.
- Children (Weekends): Ticket cost is ₹60.
- Senior Citizens and Specially Abled Persons: Enjoy free entry to the fair.
Tickets are conveniently available both online and offline. You can purchase them through the official ITPO website, at 55 selected Delhi Metro stations (excluding Supreme Court metro station), or via the Delhi Metro’s ‘Saarthi’ app.
How to Book Your Tickets Online
To secure your tickets for the remaining days of the Delhi Trade Fair 2025, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the official ITPO portal at indiatradefair.com.
- Look for the 'Buy Tickets for IITF 2025' link on the homepage and click on it.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you need to register your mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile to proceed with the booking.
- Select your ticket category—general weekday or general weekend.
- Choose your visit date, specify the number of tickets, and complete the checkout and payment process.
Entry, Exit, and Traffic Advisory
Visitors can enter the fair through gate numbers 3, 4, 6, and 10. Please be aware that Gate 1 and 9 are reserved for ITPO officials, while Gate 5B is designated for media personnel.
The Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory warning of potential congestion on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, Shershah Road, and Purana Quila Road. Commuters not visiting the fair are advised to avoid these routes for a smoother journey.
For those arriving by chauffeur-driven vehicles or taxis, the designated drop-off points are the service lane opposite gate numbers 3, 4, and 6. You can also use Basement Parking 1 and 2 or the Bhairon Mandir Parking facility.
