Haryana Board Class 12 Result 2026: 84.67% Pass, Girls Lead

The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has officially declared the Haryana Board Class 12 Result 2026 for the Senior Secondary (Academic) Examination conducted in February and March this year. Students can now access their results on the official website, bseh.org.in.

Overall Performance and Statistics

This year, a total of 242,856 candidates appeared for the HBSE Class 12 regular examinations. Among them, 205,618 students successfully cleared the examination, while 10,498 candidates failed to qualify. The overall pass percentage for the Senior Secondary Regular Examination stood at 84.67 percent.

Gender Performance Gap

The board’s data once again highlighted that girls outperformed boys in the state board examinations. Boys recorded a pass percentage of 81.45 percent, whereas girls achieved an impressive 87.97 percent pass rate, creating a gap of 6.52 percentage points in favour of female students.

Stream-wise Performance

Among academic streams, Science students emerged as the best performers with a pass percentage of 90.08 percent. Commerce followed with 88.20 percent, while Arts recorded a pass percentage of 82.60 percent.

Rural vs Urban Divide

The performance gap between rural and urban regions remained marginal this year. Rural students achieved an 84.98 percent pass percentage, slightly ahead of urban students who recorded 83.91 percent.

Haryana Board Class 12 Toppers List 2026

Deepika secured the top position in the state by scoring 499 marks out of 500. Udita followed closely with 498 marks, while Yogita and Muskan jointly secured third place with 497 marks each.

Re-evaluation and Re-checking Process

The Haryana Board has informed students that the re-evaluation and re-checking process will remain open for 20 days from the declaration of the result. Students dissatisfied with their marks can apply online through the official portal.

Further announcements regarding compartment examinations, original mark sheets and certificates are expected to be issued separately by the board in the coming days.
