Ranchi: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) on Friday officially announced the results of the civil judge (junior division) preliminary competitive examination, which was conducted on March 10, 2024. According to the JPSC, a total of 1,484 candidates have been declared successful in this examination.
Results Based on Amended Answer Key
Following a directive from the Supreme Court, the results were declared using the amended answer key. This decision was made to ensure fairness and adherence to legal standards. The commission emphasized that the results are subject to the outcomes of two pending cases before the Jharkhand High Court.
Pending Cases Impacting Results
The two cases that could affect the final results are Sulochana Kumari versus the State of Jharkhand and Rameshwar Singh versus the State of Jharkhand. Both matters are currently under consideration by the Jharkhand High Court, and any decisions rendered in these cases may lead to changes in the list of successful candidates.
Candidates are advised to stay updated with the official JPSC website for any further notifications or modifications regarding the examination results. The commission has also urged all successful candidates to prepare for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
