Indore: Nearly one lakh medical aspirants across Madhya Pradesh will appear for the re-conducted NEET UG 2026 examination on June 21, with authorities putting in place extensive security and logistical arrangements to ensure a transparent and incident-free test following the nationwide paper leak controversy.
Exam Schedule and Centres
The examination will be held from 2 pm to 5.15 pm at 283 centres across 30 districts of the state. Indore and Bhopal will account for the largest share of candidates, with more than 23,000 students scheduled to appear at 57 centres in Indore and around 20,000 candidates expected at centres across Bhopal.
Chief Minister's Directives
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Tuesday directed officials to ensure strict security and complete transparency in the conduct of the national-level examination. Through a video conference with district collectors, police superintendents and other officials, he instructed to complete all arrangements related to security, traffic management, electricity, drinking water and other essential facilities well in advance.
NTA's Reporting Portal
The NTA has also launched a dedicated reporting portal to curb misinformation, fake paper leak claims and circulation of unauthorised examination material on social media. Students and parents can submit complaints and supporting evidence directly through the portal.
