IPU CET 2026 Admit Card Out for April 25-26 Exams

The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), commonly known as IP University, has released the admit cards for the Common Entrance Test (CET) scheduled for April 25 and 26, 2026. Candidates appearing for these initial exams can download their hall tickets from the official university website.

Exam Schedule and Centers

The entrance tests will be conducted at various centers across Delhi. On April 25, the CET will be held for programs including MA Mass Communication, B.Tech Biotechnology, Lateral Entry BS Packaging, MSc Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Design, MCA/MCA(SE), BA JMC, and Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance & Counseling. On April 26, exams for MOT (Neurology), MA (English), BHMCT, BS (Packaging Technology), BSc (Yoga), and MSc (Bioinformatics) will take place.

A total of 15 exam centers have been set up in Delhi for these two days, accommodating 5,484 candidates across 13 programs. The university has adhered to the traditional OMR sheet pattern for the examinations, which will be conducted in two shifts daily.

Shift Timings

The morning shift runs from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while the afternoon session is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. This schedule is designed to manage the high volume of participants efficiently.

Overall Participation and Future Exams

According to Dr. S.L. Bhandarkar, Controller of Examinations, the total number of candidates appearing for CETs across 78 programs is estimated at 50,531. The exams will be held on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) until May 23, 2026. For exams scheduled on May 9 and May 10, centers will also be set up in four outstation cities: Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Kolkata, in addition to Delhi NCR. PhD programs are excluded from these outstation centers.

Admit Card and Instructions

Admit cards for all CETs will be issued approximately five to six days before the respective exam dates. Candidates must download their admit cards from the official website ipu.ac.in. The university has stated that no changes in exam date, session, or center will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to strictly follow the schedule.

For two CET codes, 119 and 124, associated with paramedical courses, there will be a single examination paper.
