Dr Narendra Hooda officially assumed charge as the new Controller of Examinations at Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV), Khanpur Kalan, in Sonepat on July 3, 2026. The outgoing Controller, Professor Sandeep Dahiya, formally handed over responsibilities to him during a transition ceremony.

The Vice Chancellor of BPSMV welcomed Dr Hooda and extended her best wishes for his new assignment. The university administration expressed confidence in his ability to enhance the examination system.

Experience and Background

Dr Hooda brings 29 years of rich academic and administrative experience to the role. He has spent 12 years in teaching, followed by 10 years as Deputy Registrar at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal. Subsequently, he served as Controller of Examinations at the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management for seven years.
