Patliputra University (PPU) has officially announced the examination schedule for the three-year undergraduate (UG) degree Part-I vocational courses. According to the university's notification released on Thursday, the examinations will be conducted from June 4 to June 13, 2025, in two sittings across various examination centres located in Patna and Nalanda districts.
Exam Timings and Centres
The examinations will be held in two shifts daily: the first shift from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the second shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Students enrolled in vocational programmes such as Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Advertising, Sales Promotion and Sales Management (ASPM), Travel and Tourism Management (TTM), Biotechnology, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Industrial Microbiology, BSc IT, and BSc Biochemistry will appear for these examinations.
Fair Conduct and Preparations
Manoj Kumar, the examination controller of PPU, stated that preparations for the examinations have already begun to ensure a fair and transparent process. Special arrangements are being made at all designated centres to facilitate the smooth conduct of the examinations. He further added that viva-voce and practical examinations for vocational courses will be organized at the respective colleges of the students.
Online Form Submission and Fee Details
The university has also set a final date for students to fill the online examination form for UG vocational degree Part-I examinations. The form submission window will be open from May 18 to May 20. Regarding the examination fee, students belonging to general and BC-II categories will have to pay Rs 1,450 each, while candidates from BCI, Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribe categories will pay Rs 950 each.
This announcement comes as a crucial update for thousands of students enrolled in vocational courses at PPU. The university has urged all students to complete their form submissions within the stipulated period and to prepare diligently for the upcoming examinations.
