Haryana Chief Minister Directs Strict Measures for Board Exam Integrity

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has issued unequivocal directives to guarantee that all examinations across the state are conducted in a peaceful, transparent, and strictly malpractice-free environment. The directives were announced during a high-level review meeting convened on Wednesday to assess the preparedness for the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board examinations administered by the Haryana Board of School Education.

High-Level Meeting Focuses on Exam Security and Fairness

Chairing the meeting via video conference, CM Saini emphasized the critical need for robust arrangements at every examination centre. He called for the adequate deployment of police personnel to significantly strengthen security protocols. The meeting saw participation from key officials, including deputy commissioners and superintendents of police from across Haryana, alongside the Chairman of the Haryana Board of School Education, Dr. Pawan Kumar, and senior administrative officers. Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda was also present, underscoring the government's collective focus on examination integrity.

Enhanced Security for Sensitive Centres and Vigilance Measures

In his directives, Chief Minister Saini specifically ordered heightened security measures at examination centres identified as sensitive and highly sensitive. He instructed district administrations to exercise increased vigilance and mandated senior officers to conduct regular, thorough inspections. Any irregularities detected are to be met with immediate and decisive action to uphold the sanctity of the examination process.

Community Participation and Collective Responsibility Stressed

Underscoring the vital role of community involvement, CM Saini advised district authorities to actively seek cooperation from local sarpanches and members of gram sabhas. This collaboration is intended to reinforce fairness, discipline, and a supportive atmosphere during the examinations. The Chief Minister highlighted that these exams are directly linked to the academic futures of thousands of students, making collective responsibility and coordinated efforts among all officials and community leaders absolutely essential for success.
