The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur successfully organized a three-day Capacity Building Programme for Administrative and Finance Personnel under the aegis of the Staff Training Unit. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from 76 participants representing premier institutions across the country, including IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, Central Universities, DIAT, NFSU, ICAR, and other reputed organizations.
Inauguration and Key Highlights
The programme was inaugurated by Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director of IIT Kanpur, who motivated the participants with valuable insights on enhancing work efficiency and professional performance. Prof. Braj Bhushan, Deputy Director of IIT Kanpur, felicitated the distinguished resource persons and emphasized the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in higher education.
Programme Coordination
The event was efficiently planned and coordinated under the guidance of Vishwa Ranjan, Registrar of IIT Kanpur, whose leadership ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the programme.
