The Santokbaa Humanitarian Award 2026, established by the Shree Ramkrishna Knowledge Foundation (SRKKF), the philanthropic division of Shree Ramkrishna Exports (SRK), was presented on Saturday at the Sanjeev Kumar Auditorium in Surat.
Awardees Honored
This year, the award was bestowed upon Dr. Gullapalli Nageswara Rao, a renowned ophthalmologist and founder-chair of the LV Prasad Eye Institute, and Reema Nanavaty, a development practitioner and director of the Self-Employed Women's Association (SEWA).
Inaugural Social Entrepreneur Award
SRKKF also presented its first Social Entrepreneur Award to Srikanth Bolla, a visually challenged entrepreneur and MIT alumnus. He was recognized for creating a disability-inclusive employment model and promoting environmentally sustainable manufacturing through his company, Bollant Industries.
