Shaheen posted a heartwarming picture posing with her sister Alia and their mother, veteran actor Soni Razdan. Alia Bhatt looked elegant in a chic off-the-shoulder black dress, which she complemented with stockings and heels. Her hair was styled in a half-updo, and she opted for subtle, minimal makeup, radiating holiday glamour.

The Christmas bash was co-hosted by Alia Bhatt and her mother-in-law, the legendary actor Neetu Kapoor. This festive party comes shortly after Alia shared moments from what appeared to be the 'griha pravesh' or house-warming ceremony of her new home with husband Ranbir Kapoor. In a November throwback post, she was seen entering their new abode following traditional rituals, warmly embracing Neetu Kapoor, while Ranbir paid respects to his late father, the iconic actor Rishi Kapoor.
Work Front: 'Alpha' Gets a New Release Date
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt is gearing up for her next major cinematic venture, 'Alpha'. Directed by Shiv Rawail, the film is a highly anticipated addition to Yash Raj Films' successful spy universe. The studio recently announced a shift in the release schedule to ensure top-notch visual effects.
A YRF spokesperson stated, "Alpha is an extremely special film for us... We have realised that the VFX will take a little longer than what we had initially assumed... Thus, we will now release the film on April 17, 2026."
'Alpha' will be the sixth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, joining blockbuster franchises like 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Tiger Zinda Hai', 'War', and 'Pathaan'. Fans will have to wait a bit longer, but the promise is a grand theatrical experience.
