In a heartfelt Instagram post, Kher shared a photograph capturing the moment the two shook hands, confessing that his inner fanboy completely took over.

Sharing the memorable image, Kher wrote: "Dearest Michael Jackson, This photograph is not just a memory... it is a feeling frozen in time. I still remember the moment I shook your hand in Mumbai. For that brief second, the fanboy in me took over completely." He described the experience as surreal and almost unbelievable, likening it to "touching a piece of magic." Kher emphasized that Jackson was not merely an artist but an experience and a phenomenon that the world may never witness again.
An Unforgettable Tribute
In his emotional note, Kher added: "There will truly be nobody like you for the next thousand years. Nobody. We are blessed... deeply blessed... that you walked this earth and touched millions of lives with your art, your innocence, and your genius. You were, and will always remain, the eighth wonder of the world." He also expressed pain that some people still choose to carry poison instead of celebrating purity, but affirmed that greatness like Jackson's rises above noise and negativity. Release of Michael Jackson Biopic
The actor's tribute coincided with the release of the eponymous biopic directed by Antoine Fuqua. The film chronicles Jackson's life from his early days with the Jackson 5 in the 1960s through the 1980s Bad tour. Jackson is portrayed by his nephew Jaafar Jackson in his film debut, with Juliano Krue Valdi playing the young Jackson. The supporting cast includes Nia Long, KeiLyn Durrel Jones, Laura Harrier, Jessica Sula, Mike Myers, Miles Teller, and Colman Domingo.
