Autopsy Report Unveils Horrific Details in Teen Singer's Murder Case

The official cause of death for 14-year-old singer Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was linked to alt-pop artist D4vd, has been publicly disclosed following the release of a previously sealed autopsy report. The findings paint a disturbing picture of the crime that has shocked the entertainment community.

Gruesome Injuries and Decomposition

According to the autopsy report released Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Chief Medical Examiner's Office, Celeste Rivas Hernandez suffered multiple penetrating injuries to her torso, likely inflicted by a sharp object. These wounds were determined to be the cause of death, with the manner ruled as homicide.

The report details that her body was found in such an advanced state of decomposition that examiners could not determine her eye color. The head was partially skeletonized with an absent left eye, and the overall condition was described as badly decomposed.

Missing Body Parts and Identifying Marks

Further examination revealed that two fingers were missing from the body, along with portions of her arms and legs. Despite the severe decomposition, investigators noted she was wearing braces at the time of death and had a distinctive tattoo reading "Shhh...." on the inside of one finger, which helped with identification.

Drugs Found in System

The toxicology report showed a presumptive positive for methamphetamine and MDMA in her system. While alcohol was also detected, the medical examiner determined it did not contribute to her death. These findings add another layer to the complex investigation into the circumstances surrounding her demise.

Legal Proceedings and Report Release

The autopsy report had been sealed since November at the request of law enforcement after the teen's decomposed body was discovered in September in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla car. Prosecutors recently agreed to allow its release, leading to Wednesday's disclosure.

LA County's Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Odey C. Ukpo emphasized his agency's commitment to transparency, stating in a release: "After several months, I am grateful this information can now be released, not only to the public, but also to the grieving family enduring loss. It is unfathomable they have had to wait this long to learn what happened to their daughter."

Alleged Motive and Legal Charges

Prosecutors allege that 21-year-old singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, killed the teenager because she threatened to report their sexual relationship, which reportedly began when she was just 13 years old. They claim he feared this revelation would destroy his rising music career.

Burke was charged Monday with first-degree murder, lewd and lascivious acts with a person under 14, and mutilating a dead body. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His defense attorneys maintain he did not cause Rivas Hernandez's death and have vowed to vigorously defend his innocence in court.

The case continues to develop as both legal teams prepare for what promises to be a closely watched trial in the coming months.
