Playback legend Kumar Sanu recently took a deeply nostalgic journey, revisiting an unreleased duet from the iconic 1991 Bollywood film Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin. Sanu took to Instagram to share a captivating video from the making of the song Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin, featuring himself and the renowned singer Anuradha Paudwal, along with other collaborators. In his post, he expressed that numerous songs recorded during the 1990s never progressed beyond studio tapes, yet each one preserved unique emotions and memories.
He wrote: "In the 90s, we recorded so many songs that stayed on studio tapes... each one carrying a moment, a memory, a feeling." Listening to this particular duet transported him back to the film's recording sessions, which he described as brimming with passion, creativity, and unforgettable collaborations.
Remembering Gulshan Kumar's Vision
Sanu also paid tribute to the late music baron Gulshan Kumar, crediting his visionary approach and profound love for music for enabling many iconic projects. He added: "Above all, remembering Gulshan ji, whose vision and love for music made so much possible... truly missed, always remembered. I cherish the sweet moments with Kishan Kumar and little Bhushan."
