According to reports, Raj Kundra secured bail on Friday, February 20, 2026, from a special PMLA court in a Rs 6,606 crore Bitcoin-linked money laundering case. After the Mumbai court granted him bail, Kundra addressed the media, stating, "Satyamev Jayate. I always had full faith in the judiciary system when I know that I have not done anything wrong, so it’s a relief that the judiciary notices it and gives the relief. So, now I will follow the process."
The case dates back to September 2025, when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) submitted a chargesheet mentioning Kundra's name in a bitcoin fraud. The ED accused him of connecting with a crypto-scam mastermind, Amit Bharadwaj. However, Kundra's advocate has emphasized that he has cooperated with the agency and its investigation since 2021. As part of the bail conditions, Kundra was ordered to pay Rs 1 lakh in bond.
