"One of our close family friends went through a similar heartbreaking situation," Sathyan revealed. "A child was faced with the unimaginable decision of whether to remove life support from a comatose victim. The unbearable pain and trauma of that moment left an indelible mark on me, compelling me to incorporate it as the central emotional theme in Sarvam Maya."
