Mastiii 4 Faces Steep Decline at Box Office

The much-anticipated comedy sequel Mastiii 4 has been experiencing a dramatic downfall at the box office since its release on November 21, 2025. Featuring an ensemble cast including Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani, the Milap Milan Zaveri directorial has failed to maintain its initial momentum.

Weekend Highs to Weekday Lows

According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, the film showed promising beginnings during its opening weekend. Mastiii 4 collected Rs 2.75 crores on both Friday and Saturday, followed by a slight improvement to Rs 3 crores on Sunday.

However, the situation turned grim as the weekdays began. The film witnessed a massive drop on Monday, Day 4, managing only Rs 1.16 crores. The decline continued throughout the week, with collections falling to approximately Rs 1 crore by Thursday, November 27.

New Releases Deliver Final Blow

The arrival of new films on November 28 further accelerated Mastiii 4's box office collapse. The romantic musical 'Tere Ishq Mein' starring Kriti Sanon and Dhanush and 'Gustakh Ishq' featuring Vijay Verma and Fatima Sana Shaikh divided audience attention.

While 'Tere Ishq Mein' made an impressive over Rs 30 crore in just two days, Mastiii 4 suffered its worst performance yet. On Friday, November 28, the comedy earned only Rs 22 lakhs, followed by a new low of Rs 19 lakhs on Saturday, November 29.

The film's total collection after two weeks stands at Rs 14.24 crores in India, indicating a disappointing run for the comedy franchise.

About Mastiii 4's Plot

The film follows the story of three husbands who grow tired of their monotonous married lives. They devise a cunning plan that unexpectedly takes them to places beyond their imagination. Despite the star power and comedy genre typically performing well at the box office, Mastiii 4 has struggled to connect with audiences beyond its opening weekend.
