Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya, who recently welcomed twins, have been sharing glimpses of their parenthood journey with fans. The couple recently posted a new vlog documenting their first outing since becoming parents. In the vlog, Vivek also spoke about the significance of postpartum care for women.
Planning the Outing
The vlog begins with Vivek discussing his plan to take Divyanka out with her mother. He asks Divyanka’s mother to look after the twins while they step out for a few hours. She agrees, expressing her excitement about the idea. Vivek then asks Divyanka to get ready for the outing.

Initially, Divyanka is hesitant, but she eventually agrees. The couple goes for a long drive and enjoys coffee together. The actress shares that she feels much better after the drive. Vivek, meanwhile, opens up about postpartum women’s health.
He says, “It’s very important to take women out postpartum because I realise that it’s not just physical but also mental. Divyanka hadn’t stepped out of the house in a long time, so I wanted to take her somewhere.”

Divyanka and Vivek’s love story began on the sets of the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. They got engaged in January and married in Bhopal in 2016.
