Back in 2023, Dwyane Wade appeared on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast and said, “I tried to pussyfoot around it, I tried to break up with her…” He added, “Hey, things have been bad lately,” “Hey, we’ve been having a little distance in our relationship anyway,” I tried all of that. She kept showing up.”
For context, in 2013, Dwyane Wade and the renowned actress Gabrielle Union decided to take a break from each other. During this period of distance, Wade fathered a son with another woman. While Wade believed things with Union were over, she came back into his life, wanting to rekindle their romance. However, as Wade confessed, he reportedly wanted to end the relationship.
Ultimately, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union rekindled their romance and got married just a few months later in 2014.
Gabrielle Union Has Been Open About the Pain He Caused
