Actor Rahul Dev may be recovering from a leg fracture, but he has not allowed the injury to disrupt his fitness routine. The actor says he continues to train every day, modifying his workouts to suit his recovery while remaining committed to the discipline that has guided him for years. Sharing his philosophy on fitness, Rahul states, “Fitness is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling strong mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. No matter what phase life brings—whether it is injury, stress, or challenges—consistency is the key. My spiritual journey with my beloved master, Sri Tarneiv Ji, has helped me stay grounded, peaceful, and stronger with every passing year.”
Mind-Body Connection
Rahul believes that physical fitness and mental well-being go hand in hand. He emphasizes that spirituality has played a significant role in helping him stay focused, balanced, and resilient through different phases of life. The actor also feels that injuries should not become an excuse to abandon healthy habits. Instead, he views recovery as a process that requires patience, discipline, and a positive mindset. According to him, adapting to circumstances while remaining consistent is what makes the difference in the long run.
Balanced Lifestyle
Interestingly, despite his commitment to fitness, Rahul admits that Punjabi food remains his biggest weakness. However, he prefers balance over strict restrictions and believes that enjoying food in moderation is an important part of a sustainable lifestyle. The actor says that his current recovery phase has only strengthened his belief in consistency and routine. Even as he works toward regaining full strength, he remains focused on staying active and maintaining a positive outlook.
Upcoming Projects
On the professional front, Rahul will next be seen in the Kannada film Billa Ranga Baasha alongside Kichcha Sudeep. He has also signed the Punjabi films Warning 3 and Warning 4, which star Prince Kanwaljit Singh and Gippy Grewal.
