The couple, who got married in 2016, revealed that they had taken steps to freeze eggs and preserve embryos even before their wedding. A Painful Miscarriage
Two years ago, Sambhavna suffered a miscarriage at three months of pregnancy. This devastating event led the couple to take a break from trying to conceive. Avinash emphasized that doctors had warned that another pregnancy could pose health risks for Sambhavna, who also battles arthritis. The couple decided to step back and focus on healing.
Turning to Surrogacy
After a tarot card reading that predicted a baby in 2026, the couple considered surrogacy. Initially, legal restrictions made surrogacy difficult in India, but a call from their doctor reignited hope. They underwent extensive legal procedures, including court visits and paperwork, before their application was approved.
The Emotional Announcement
When the embryo transfer succeeded, Sambhavna received the news via a blood test and immediately informed Avinash. The couple is now nearing the due date, having kept the pregnancy private until recently. They also shared that they had planned a pregnancy photoshoot during the previous pregnancy but never got to use the photos. Now, they feel ready to share their joy with the world.
