Stray Kids' youngest member, I.N (real name Yang Jeong In), recently made a massive real estate investment. The idol paid cash for a brand-new apartment complex building in Apgujeong, one of the most sought-after areas in Seoul's Gangnam district.

According to Korea Economic TV, updated real estate records show that I.N officially became the owner of a high-end apartment complex building. The idol paid the full cash price for the complex, which cost approximately 8.90 billion KRW (equivalent to USD 6 million). Reports indicate that the purchase was made in January, and ownership transferred to his name in April. The property spans 161 square meters and is located in Gangnam-gu, Apgujeong-dong.
Interestingly, his fellow band member Changbin also purchased an apartment complex in the same area last year for USD 6.29 million. Stray Kids has been busy with their world tour, which has currently earned 273 billion KRW.

As news of his purchase spread online, it garnered strong reactions from netizens. While fans celebrated the idol's achievements, some criticized him for spending such a large amount. One comment read, "K-pop seriously needs a payback system. Who has that much money at that age? About half of that money is all the fans' money." Another shared, "The President needs to ensure that idol's monthly take-home pay doesn't exceed 3,000,000 KRW (approximately USD 1,989.52)."
