The banner reiterated that they never charge money, registration fees, or deposits for auditions or casting opportunities. It also warned that anyone demanding money while claiming to represent the company is 'completely unauthorized and fraudulent.'

Addressing the issue, Prateek Sharma said, 'It is disappointing to see people misusing the name of my production house and attempting to deceive aspiring actors. We have always believed in maintaining a transparent and genuine casting process. We urge everyone to stay cautious and not fall prey to fake audition offers or anyone asking for money in exchange for opportunities.'

The production house further stated that strict legal action would be taken against those misusing its name for fraudulent activities. Studio LSD currently has shows like Tumm Se Tumm Tak and Humnaava Mere Tum Dena Saath Mera on air.
