Thalapathy Vijay's Class 10 Marksheet Reveals 65% Score Before Political Rise
Thalapathy Vijay's Class 10 Marksheet: 65% Score

It is often said that your marksheet alone cannot determine your future destiny. A similar case proving this theory appears to be Thalapathy Vijay, as after his party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam's massive victory in the Tamil Nadu elections, he is hours away from assuming the role of Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile, his old academic records have resurfaced on social media, revealing him to be an "average student" who scored 65 percent in his Class 10 board exams.

Subject-Wise Marks

According to News18, the 'Jana Nayagan' star scored 711 out of 1100 marks, which translates to 65 percent. The marksheet details his performance in each subject. In Tamil, he performed well, scoring 155 out of 200. In English, he secured 133 out of 200. In Science, he scored 206 out of 300. In Social Science, he obtained 122 out of 200. However, in Mathematics, he scored only 95 out of 200. Despite the lower math score, his total was sufficient to pass.

Vijay's School and College Life

Discussing his early education, the Tamil star studied at Fathima School in Kodambakkam before moving to Balalok School in Virugambakkam. After completing his primary education, he joined Loyola College in Chennai, choosing to study Visual Communication. He dropped out of college midway to pursue acting in films, a decision that changed his life, making him one of the biggest stars in the industry.
