Director Jeethu Joseph Discusses Remake Plans

Director Jeethu Joseph recently spoke about the future of Drishyam 3 in other languages. During an interview with Club FM, he revealed that the film is currently being adapted only in Hindi.

He said, "At the moment, Drishyam 3 is being developed only in Hindi. The climax we originally conceived doesn't seem to fit the expectations of audiences in some other industries. The Hindi team felt that the ending could be challenging, especially considering the image of their leading stars."

Jeethu Joseph further explained that the Hindi filmmakers consulted him before making any changes to the story. He added, "Even though they had the freedom to make changes after acquiring the remake rights, they still approached us before doing so. They explained that the original ending might not work effectively for their audience and that they were considering a different direction for the conclusion."

Sharing his response, the filmmaker said, "They asked for my opinion on those modifications, and I gave them my approval. Based on those discussions, a few changes have now been incorporated into the Hindi version."
