Our director made the entire process comfortable and helped me ease into the space. In that scene, I went completely into the zone."
She further elaborated on the impact, stating, "Performing the scene did affect me emotionally and even took a toll on me, but at the same time, I feel this is the most beautiful part of being an artist, to fully absorb and live every emotion. As an actor, the scene was extremely challenging, and I’m grateful that I got the opportunity to perform such a difficult sequence as such scenes truly tests you as an actor."

To prepare for this role, Sehaj drew inspiration from Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt. She revealed, "In that sense, Alia Bhatt has been an inspiration for me. The scene from Highway where her character reveals the assault she endured for years is something I had performed during my acting classes, so I had practiced those emotions earlier. Even then, it’s very scary to even think of such situations in real life."
