Actress Utkarsha Naik is currently receiving widespread praise for her powerful performance as Siddhi Mata in the new television series Tumm Se Tumm Tak, produced by Prateek Sharma. Her character has brought a unique spiritual dimension to Indian television, creating an immediate connection with viewers through her divine screen presence.

Connecting With The Divine Character

When asked about taking on this special role, Utkarsha revealed that Siddhi Mata's character immediately captured her attention. "Siddhi Mata's character is outstanding, and such roles are very rare on television," the actress shared. "She makes special appearances in the show, and whenever she appears on screen, the character's aura completely dominates the entire scene. After my audition, I knew this role was worth pursuing, which is why I agreed to do it."

The actress explained that her personal spiritual beliefs made it easier to connect with this divine character. "Mentally and emotionally, I've always had a religious aspect to my personality, so I never struggled to relate to this spiritual role," Utkarsha noted. "Our culture has authentic rishis and sadhus, and we've seen them both on and off screen. As actors, our job is to recreate what we've observed in life, and I've definitely observed such spiritual personalities."

The Importance of Destiny in the Storyline

According to Utkarsha, destiny forms the core theme of Tumm Se Tumm Tak. "While emotions and faith are significant elements, destiny plays an even more crucial role because the story intertwines the complicated pasts of characters Anu and Arya," she elaborated. "Siddhi Mata consistently emphasizes that whatever is destined to happen will happen, making destiny the most vital component of the show's narrative."

Collaborating With Creative Teams

This isn't Utkarsha's first collaboration with Studio LSD, having previously worked with them in Pukaar. She expressed admiration for the team's creative trust in actors. "They consistently develop different shows with beautiful characters. In Pukaar, I portrayed a thief, which demonstrates their confidence in my acting versatility," she stated.

The actress particularly praised producer Prateek Sharma for his hands-on approach. "Prateek Sharma always adds his personal touch and remains actively involved. He's consistently present on set, both during and after shooting, which genuinely makes a difference in the production quality."

Utkarsha also highlighted the positive working environment on set. "The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Being a dedicated animal lover, I've developed a beautiful bond with co-star Niharika. She likes animals but feels somewhat scared around them. Since the dogs on set often follow me, I ensure they don't approach her," she shared affectionately.

"With Soma, who also loves dogs, we connected instantly. Vandana and I worked together years ago and have known each other for decades. Our production team is exceptional, and directors Narendra and Yusuf are wonderful to work with."

The actress recently demonstrated her compassion by rescuing an unwell dog from the set, with director Yusuf contributing to the medical tests. This incident further strengthened her connection with the team members.

Describing Siddhi Mata as one of the most special characters in her career, Utkarsha concluded, "This marks the first time I'm portraying such a divine and religious character, and it definitely stands out from my previous roles. The entire show is distinctive, and this uniqueness drives its success while keeping audiences thoroughly engaged."
