Registration and Accessibility

To facilitate enrollment, the district administration has organised more than 410 health card camps at Common Service Centres (CSCs), civic health centres, and government hospitals. Residents can register online using their Aadhaar card and voter ID or visit designated centres with basic documents.

Dr Jaswinder Sahota, Deputy Medical Commissioner, emphasised, "The scheme has been designed to ensure inclusive healthcare coverage, bringing every category of residents irrespective of their socio-economic background under its ambit. Hence, residents should get themselves enrolled as health cards enable them to access quality healthcare services."

Upcoming Health Camps

The local administration has announced a series of upcoming camps across Jalandhar and nearby areas to further enhance accessibility. Key locations include:

  1. Jalandhar: Babu Labh Singh Nagar, various wards such as Ward No 5, 9, 19, 34 (Abadpura), and others.
  2. Shahkot: Villages like Taharpur, Raunt, Jalalpur Kalan, and Mandala Channa.
  3. Adampur: Bolina, Sanghwal, Ram Nagar, Mansurpur, and several other villages.

These camps are part of the state government's broader efforts to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all citizens, aligning with public health priorities.
